These Terms govern access to and use of naveya.store and purchases from Naveya. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the site footer.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful activity.

Products, availability, and pricing

Product information, pricing, offers, and availability may change. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Product contents, directions, warnings, purchase options, and product-specific promises are identified on the relevant product page or label and should not be assumed to apply to another product.

We may correct errors or cancel an order when information is materially incorrect, inventory is unavailable, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Dietary supplement notice

Some products sold by Naveya are dietary supplements. For any dietary supplement, read the product label and ask a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or are planning a medical procedure.

Individual results vary. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment if an error, availability issue, or fraud concern is identified.

Subscriptions

Recurring purchase options are governed by our Subscription Policy. Subscription availability, price, discount, and frequency can differ by product, and the terms shown before checkout control the subscription.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping, refunds, damaged items, and any product-specific promise are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, graphics, and product photography belong to Naveya or their respective licensors and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and other service providers for hosting, payments, fulfillment, analytics, advertising, and customer communications. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
