Subscription Policy

Eligible products and recurring options

Recurring delivery is available only for product variants that display a subscription option on their product page. Availability, price, discount, and delivery frequency can differ by product. If no subscription option is shown, the item is available only as a one-time purchase.

Current Naveya Meno options

Naveya Meno recurring delivery is currently available for the one-bottle option every month and the two-bottle option every two months. The three-bottle option is a one-time purchase only. The options and terms shown on the product page before checkout control if they change.

Price and renewal

When you select recurring delivery, the price, discount, frequency, and next charge information shown before checkout are the terms you authorize. Your selected payment method is charged automatically at each renewal until the subscription is cancelled.

Managing or cancelling

You may manage or cancel future renewals through the subscription-management link provided with your order or by emailing hello@naveya.store. Submit cancellation requests before the next scheduled charge. Orders already processed or shipped are handled under the Shipping & Refund Policy.

Changes

If a recurring price or material term changes, notice will be provided as required by applicable law. Keep your payment and contact information current.
