Where we ship
Naveya currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping cost and timing
Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is currently $0. The final shipping method and cost shown at checkout control the order.
Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and other events outside Naveya’s control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in order communications is an estimate, not a guarantee. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Product-specific promises
A guarantee or refund promise applies only to the product and eligible quantity expressly identified on its product page or in this policy. A promise listed for one product does not automatically apply to other Naveya products.
Naveya Meno 60-day promise
If Naveya Meno does not meet your expectations, email hello@naveya.store with your order number within 60 days of delivery.
- The promise applies to your first Naveya Meno order.
- Coverage is limited to a maximum of two bottles.
- One refund is available per customer.
- You do not need to ship the covered bottles back.
If you purchase the three-bottle pack, the third bottle is not covered by the promise.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer routine product exchanges. Damaged or incorrect items are handled through customer support.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
